The month of October will see PSUMA hit the road for all but three of their eight matches beginning with a pair of conference contests against Penn State New Kensington (October 1) and Penn State Greater Allegheny (October 5). All three of the home matches will be right in a row beginning with a non-conference affair with Valley Forge (October 7), followed by a match with PSU Beaver (October 9) and concluding against Penn State Fayette on Saturday, October 12. The team will then participate in a tri-match at Penn State DuBois facing them as well as Cincinnati Clermont on Saturday, October 19. The regular season concludes on October 20 with a PSUAC matchup against Shenango.

The Nittany Lions fell in a hard fought four-set match to eventual PSUAC Champions, Penn State Fayette and finished the 2018 season with a 12-13 overall record and were 4-6 within the conference. The squad will surely look to make a return trip to the PSUAC Postseason Tournament.
