Like everything, it could be better but for the price, it’s a great deal. It provides hours of fun for kids which makes an easier day for everyone. Kids learn hand-eye coordination and learn about valves and how water flows. If nothing else the sheer fun of the toy is well worth the price.

Most of the complaints on the reviews I saw, were about the plastic tubes that make up one of the water features on the table. The tubes are not very tight to allow the kids to change the water feature configuration.

It’s a sacrifice made in exchange for developing children’s understanding of basic hydro-engineering. My 5-year-old granddaughter did not have any issue with the occasional tube falling off. She just picked it up and put it back in.

Another issue is the instruction sheet. Like most instructions that come with a product you have to assemble, these are useless. Not to worry, Little Tykes has produced a wonderful video that will help in this area.

This table seems to come in two variants. My guess is that I received an updated version of the table. My table has a hookup for a water hose which makes a big difference. The kids do not have to manually pump the water up to the tower with the water hose hookup.

Pros and Cons with that addition. More fun for the kids but the water overflows and makes a big mess.

The manufacturer says the table is rated for children 2 and older but my guess is that should have been rated 3 or 4 and older because younger children will have trouble reaching the table and controlling the features.

Overall we love this toy, our grandaughter played all day with it.
