Becky Voss is the new Executive Director at Over the Rainbow Children’s Advocacy Center in Chambersburg. She takes the baton from Dianne Kelso, who guided the organization since it opened in 2015.

Voss served as the forensic interviewer at Over the Rainbow the last four years. in that position, she is an integral part of the growth and development of the center.

The announcement of the leadership change at the center came from Franklin County District Attorney Matt Fogal.

“We are very grateful for the hard work Dianne Kelso has given to get us to this point,” Fogal said. ”We wish her the very best in her next endeavor.”

He said the organization’s board is excited that Voss will be ushering the center into its next phase of growth and development.

“Her depth of knowledge and experience within the world of Children’s Advocacy Centers is unmatched in our region,” Fogal said. “We are truly blessed to have Becky as the new captain of our ship.”

At Over the Rainbow, Voss will oversee operations at the center which serves survivors of child abuse crimes. She will also guide partnering agencies to work collaboratively.
