WAYNESBOROState Rep. Paul Schemel (R-Franklin) will host a telephone town hall from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Thursday, July 18, to provide an update from the Capitol on the state’s 2019-20 budget.

Constituents with landline telephones in the 90th District will be receiving a call at about 6:30 p.m. with an option to join the town hall.

Those who do not receive a prompt or want to connect with a mobile phone can dial (877) 229-8493 and use the ID code 113988.

“I voted ‘no’ on the General Appropriations portion of the budget because it commits the Commonwealth to spend at an unsustainable rate. I welcome the opportunity to talk about the budget with those participating in the telephone town hall,” Schemel said.
