FRANKLIN COUNTY — Three local communities will receive state grants for projects that will improve roads and help create jobs, Rep. Rob Kauffman, R-89, said this week.

A $1 million grant was awarded to Guildford Township to assist with the extension of Archer Drive to Lighthouse Road.

A $450,000 grant was announced for Greene Township for the North Chambersburg Improvement Project.

A $363,353 grant was awarded to Revittle, a artisan cheese and charcuterie wholesaler and retailer in Lurgan Township, for a facility expansion that will create additional jobs and increase use of Pennsylvania dairy.
