GREENCASTLEPennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry President Gene Barr spoke to the Greencastle-Antrim Chamber of Commerce this month, highlighting the state budget.

Barr talked about the proposed natural gas and oil production severance tax, as well as the current workforce crisis.

He also discussed issues such as raising the minimum wage, healthcare options for small businesses and the potential legalization of recreational marijuana.

Members of the audience took the opportunity to air concerns regarding the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer (MS4) fee, soon to be enacted by the Borough.
