The D.L. Martin Co. recognizes Ron Kaiser as Employee of the Month for October.

Ron lives in Mercersburg and has been with the company for 27 years. He is a Machine Operator in the CNC Department. His supervisor, Mike Wood, is a Production Supervisor who has been with the D.L. Martin Co. for 25 years.

Ron is recognized for a couple of suggestions that reduce setup time and cycle time, and eliminate unnecessary lathe operations, on pipes and inlet pipes run on the Mazak 18N CNC Lathe.

The company also recognizes Terry Heidel, Jimmy Kulp, Steve Miller and Dave Talucci for their suggestions implemented through the company’s Continual Improvement Program in October.
