FRANKLIN COUNTY – Chambersburg and Tuscarora schools will operate on a two-hour delay Friday, but it appears several other school districts are taking a wait and see approach to tonight’s snow storm.

Predicting tonight’s fast moving, yet weak storm system will leave behind two to four inches of the white stuff, the National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory which will be in effect until 8 a.m. Friday.

Plan on slippery road conditions, including during the morning commute on Friday, the weather service warns.

Weather forecasters are calling for more snow over the weekend, but it won’t amount to much accumulation until another storm tracking up the east coast hits Sunday night.
