GREENCASTLE — Magisterial District Judge Duane Cunningham will soon be holding court again in his Washington Street office.

Greencastle’s Magisterial District Court 39-3-05 at 401 S. Washington Street is scheduled to reopen on Thursday, Feb. 21, according to a press release on the county’s website,

Cunningham’s office has been closed since September, due to required HVAC system repairs, which were initially expected to take 10 to 12 weeks to complete.

The malfunctioning system was blamed for mold found in the office last fall. The problem has been fixed and the office is now ready for occupancy, according to the news release.
